Anterior-posterior gradient
Expected AP gradient present, absent, or reversed.
Criteria & assessment
- Present: clear persistent segment >=1 continuous min with lower-voltage/faster anterior and higher-voltage/slower posterior activity.
- Reversed: same duration and paired criteria in the opposite direction.
